Who we are
Health Unheard is a project run by a group of Australian high school girls who are passionate about making a change in the way women’s health is discussed and supported.
Young women are at the crux of this issue - growing up in a world where conversations about menstruation, pain, and medical bias are silenced or overlooked.
Through advocacy, education, and community action, we want to challenge the stigma and amplify voices that have too often gone dismissed.
Everyone women deserves to have their concerns heard.
Join us
We will be running a period pad drive across girls’ high schools in Australia to help combat period poverty, fight the stigma around menstruation, and educate young women on menstrual health and self-advocacy. All proceeds will be donated to ShareTheDignity and related charities.
9-13th March 2026
